HISTORY

Raymond was born shortly after the first world war started into a loving and stable Christian home. In school Raymond was classed as of four eyed who had very few friends. Growing up he was forced to eat various types of seafood and he hated them all. During high school he fell in love with a girl named Sally. After high school they got engaged and Ray went to college. Through a ministry on campus he and his wife become Christians. When he finishes college he gets a position as an accountant at a small business. A month after getting his new job Sally and Ray get married. About a year later they go to a newly built water theme park. While there they were watching the marine show featuring a killer whale and other sea life doing various tricks. During the performance Ray gets soaked by stray wave of tank water. Minutes later the show ends and it begins to storm and soaks everyone. Ray and Sally are walking through the park is the rain he is suddenly hit by lightning.

He is in quickly taken to the park’s first aid station. After an hour of checking him over, they surprisingly find nothing wrong with him and release him. Leaving via the marine stage performance area he then begins to hear the voices. Within minutes he discovers that the voices he is hearing are that of the nearby marine life in their nearby water tank.

Over the next following weeks Raymond gradually discovers other powers he has gained. A couple then commit all this to prayer for God’s guidance. Shortly after committing this to prayer Sally is listening to the radio during her daily household chores. She hears during a lunch hour news report the crime has drastically bid on the rise of the past year in the city and the province. When Ray gets home Sally tells him about what she heard on the news. They believe that this is God telling them that he should combat crime with his new abilities. They also decided he should do all this in secret. Sally then designed a costume for him. Ray then begins to fight crime all this happens around the beginning of world war two shortly after the end of world war two he retires the costume and occasionally takes it out for a case. His present day actions are unknown.

POWERS AND SKILLS

Ray can breathe underwater for 4 hours at a time and has to come up for 10 minutes for an air. He can also reached gaps of 2000 feet. Also he has above average strength Raymond is also able to communicate with sea life and emulate their abilities after contract. He has absolutely no hand in hand combat training.
